Fahrzeugcheck24 acts as a digital intermediary platform through which vehicle buyers can connect with independent automotive experts and vehicle inspectors. The services offered through the platform are provided exclusively by the respective experts. Fahrzeugcheck24 is not the provider of the technical services and therefore is not a contractual party to the agreement concluded between the user and the expert. Experts operate independently and are fully responsible for their services, evaluations, and recommendations. Fahrzeugcheck24 charges a service commission on services booked through the platform. Fahrzeugcheck24 reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in the event of violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
